1200 g wheat malt
1000 g pilsner malt
+ 200g of light malt extract (to compensate for low pre-boil gravity)
20 g mittelfru hallertau (boil 70 min)
2 g irish moss (boil 15 min)
BIAB. Used 10 L of water, started at about 67 C, dropped to 62 C after an hour. Added one more liter of boiling water which brought it up to 65 C. Mashed for 10 more minutes.
Measured the pre-boil gravity, which was 1.033, too low. Added 200g of light malt extract to compensate, which brought the gravity up to 1.040. Then let the wort boil for half an hour before
adding hops for the 70 minute boil.

Mashed at about 21 C for 13 days.
