Based on recipe from Craft Beer & Brewing magazine "Copper Kettle Mexican Chocolate Stout" (Copper Kettle Brewing Company).
Cold-Steeping for 24hrs on the darker malts, added to late boil.
Transferred to Cornelius keg after 2 weeks and forced carbonated.
